Associate, Client Services (Investment RFP Writer)

This prestigious and highly regarded independent global asset manager is looking to make an addition to their successful London-based Client Services team. Working as part of this dynamic and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to actively provide key support to both the London and US Client Service teams. This is a broad role which may suit someone at the early stages of their career who is looking to enhance and develop their knowledge and take ownership of project managing the company's RFPs, RFIs and DDQs. In addition, the role offers genuine opportunity of developing within the business once you have successfully demonstrated your ability.

Roles & Responsibilities



  • Experience in asset management or financial services within a dedicated RFP/Presentations role.

  • Own project management of completing custom RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for prospective investors, consultants and clients.

  • Work closely with U.S. based colleagues to ensure consistency in responses and message.  Act as a key London-based contact point for the U.S based colleagues.

  • Manage various client and consultant requests on a recurring basis and as required.

  • Consultant database management for a variety of products.

  • Maintain database of standard answers. 

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including internal teams and external parties.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required with progress towards completing the CFA designation strongly preferred. 

  • Self-motivated, self-starter.

  • Ability to prioritise and work effectively within tight deadlines.

  • Extreme attention to accuracy and detail – applies care to all work produced.

  • Numerate. 

  • Ability to manage the entire proposal process start to finish.

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills.

  • Ability to be commercially aware and provide solutions.

  • Gravitas and potential leadership qualities.

  • Offer solutions and add value.

  • Adaptability and good problem-solving skills.
