Client Services Administrator £Exc +bens & bonus

Our client, a UK-based asset management firm with circa £11 billion of assets under management in a broad range of investment products, is seeking a Client Services Administrator. The company focuses on two principal areas of investment expertise: outcome-based, multi-asset investment and single-strategy, active equity investment, e.g. UK, European, US and global equity funds.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide support and conduct administrative functions for the Distribution team including: client liaison activities, reporting, event planning, team assistant duties.

  • The role reports directly to the Client Services Administrative Lead but has a variety of stakeholders across the business. The role is fast paced with a variety of priorities but grounded by a customer service focus.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Ideally have experience of working in Client Services in the financial services industry, preferably in fund management or wealth management.

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills

  • Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines.
