Client Servicing Manager – 12 month FTC - Ref: AB12220
Our client, a highly regarded Asset Manager is looking for an experienced Client Services professional to support the broader Distribution team for their segregated institutional clients. This newly created role will have the following responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with key institutional clients and distributors
Be the point of contact for client requests and queries and to respond to these promptly and accurately, linking in with other functions where necessary to provide a full response
Ensure that key client information and documentation is up to date
Production of reporting for institutional clients
On-board new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
Work closely and develop excellent relationships with internal teams including Portfolio Managers, risk, compliance and product
Responsible for all change management activity relating to segregated mandates including co-ordination across business areas to ensure changes are delivered to plan and in line with client expectations
Off-boarding of segregated accounts – including implementation of off-boarding process and collaboration with other functions to ensure a smooth delivery
Have a strong understanding of client portfolios
Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars as required
Experience & Qualifications
Have a demonstrable track record of working in a Client Services role within an Asset Manager
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to multi-task and ability to work under pressure/deadlines
An interest in financial markets and a range of asset classes
Strong system skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
The ability to present to clients and be accountable
