Communications Specialist (Part-time or full-time. Permanent or contract) £40-60,000 + bonus and benefits Ref: LT14143

Our City-based Investment Management client is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their Marketing Team. Part time (three days a week) or full-time candidates will be considered as well as fixed term contracts or permanent appointments. They operate a hybrid working environment with a minimum of two days in the office and the balance working from home.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Organising and hosting a high level of engaging content for clients, including investment professionals, institutional investors and retail consumers.

  • Helping to positively position the company as a very good communicator of relevant investment stories, positively reflecting their purpose to actively and responsibly manage their clients’ money for a better future, and playing an important role in building greater awareness and familiarity of their investment strategies and products

  • Increasing the propensity of investors to use their investment strategies.

  • Act as host for videos, podcasts, webinars and other media.

  • Work with content authors and guests to help them deliver engaging content.

  • Drafting press communications including press releases and articles.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Understanding of the investment management sector

  • Experience of digital broadcasting media e.g., videos and audio.

  • Strong writing and IT skills

  • Strong oral communication

  • Attention to detail
