IFA Administrator - up to £40,000 (Surrey or City of London based) - Ref: LT13885

Our client focuses on two principal areas of investment expertise: outcome-based, multi-asset investment and single-strategy, active investment e.g., UK, European, US and global equity funds and they are seeking an Administrator. This role is offered on a hybrid working arrangement – minimum of two days in the office each week. When in the office, the role can be based in the City of London or our client’s Surrey office.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Processing new business

  • Servicing clients

  • Managing TPA/TA/counterparty activities

  • Undertake all administrative duties e.g., opening and distributing post

  • Monitor receipt of stock and cash and associated reconciliations

  • Maintain client records

  • Processing client money transactions

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience of working in investor/client services/IFA administration in a fund management, wealth management or customer/adviser facing role

  • Team player with a positive, results orientated approach

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills
