Investment RFP Writer (6-Month FTC) £Exc + bens
Our client, a UK-based asset management firm with circa £11 billion of assets under management in a broad range of investment products, is seeking an Investment RFP Writer for a 6-month fixed term contract in their City of London office. The company focuses on two principal areas of investment expertise: outcome-based, multi-asset investment and single-strategy, active equity investment, e.g. UK, European, US and global equity funds. The role involves some hybrid working but at least four days office-based.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFP, due diligence and other related requests submitted to the RFP team from external companies.
Ensure timely update of external RFP and DD databases as required.
Ensure compliance with the company’s RFP production procedures, the FCA rules and the principles of treating customers fairly when producing and updating RFP documents.
Produce regular reporting on progress and status.
Update internal RFP database.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience of working in a similar role.
Knowledge of investments.
Understanding of the FCA compliance rules and the principles of treating customers fairly.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict guidelines.
