Investor Services Team Lead - 12 Month FTC - £Exc+bens
Our client, a UK-based asset management firm with circa £11 billion of assets under management in a broad range of investment products, is seeking an Investor Services Team Lead. The company focuses on two principal areas of investment expertise: outcome-based, multi-asset investment and single-strategy, active equity investment, e.g. UK, European, US and global equity funds.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain the oversight and governance required to manage the Investor Services team including procedures, training, breach and incident monitoring control reports etc.
Promote and monitor the processes required to deliver quality and timeliness of work carried out by the Investor Services team.
Promote a positive client experience.
Assist in the development and implementation of efficiencies, new processes and technical solutions across the department.
Manage the overall relationships between internal stakeholders, such as Distribution, Marketing and external parties including our Distribution and Platform partners as it relates to Operational or Product queries.
Support the management of third-party relationships.
Manage change across the Investor Services team and support the wider change initiatives in the company, as well as manage and lead the team in their training and development to meet the overall Investor Services goals.
Experience & Qualifications
Ideally have experience of working in a compliance environment in the financial services industry, preferably in fund management.
Strong team leading and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines.
