Issuer Services / Corporate Trust Client Services Manager – Ref: KP13826

Global Financial Services organisation is seeking an ambitious Corporate Trust professional to join its Issuer Services Client Services team within the Markets Operations Division. This area is responsible for driving every part of the trade lifecycle post execution. The purpose of this role is to drive the Structured Finance Client Services proposition in developing and enhancing existing client relationships and to support the business’ growth plans. Roles & Responsibilities

  • To build effective customer relationships ensuring that ISV requirements are fully understood by the client and in turn client requirements, industry developments, and competitor information is articulated within ISV. This will involve liaison with the GRMs and client visitation.

  • Visit 20 – 40 clients per year, with client visitation schedules to be in place and tracked.

  • Identify process / technology improvements for clients.

  • Establish strong relationships with the clients and seek out retentive and new business opportunities.

  • Provide operational support and assistance for the client portfolio on any related issues to offshored Operations teams, and act as escalation point for local management.

  • Be in charge of weekly monitoring of new transactions to ensure any operational issues can be flagged in advance of onboarding completion.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Essential: A solid track record in Corporate Trust within Structured Finance / Securitisation (3      years +)

  • Strong networking and presentation skills to build and enhance client relationships.

  • Business development experience with demonstrable results (beneficial, not essential)

  • Proven ability to communicate with several teams on a daily basis both locally and globally.

  • Resilience, willingness to listen, learn and incorporate feedback

  • Solid understanding of legal documentation governing roles / product supported.
