Manager – Presentations & Client Reporting Systems - Asset Management – Ref: KC13707

This market leading, independent, asset manager who manage both fixed income and equity strategies globally, are currently seeking a Graphic & Presentations expert to join their Investment Analytics and Reporting team. Taking on a leadership function and helping to develop and support the design elements of the Company’s offering.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversight and leadership of the Graphics team, to ensure best practice in integration the design function into overall client reporting function

  • Day to day operations and strategic development of the Company’s Client Reporting Systems, principally, Simcorp Coric

  • The design, creation and production of presentations, review book and marketing materials

  • Accurate and efficient automated rendering and reporting of verified performance, commentary and portfolio analytics data for internal and external use

  • Analyse data from source business applications (Portia, Sylvan, Factset) and continuously improve the efficiency and accuracy of these workflows

  • Ownership of the Company’s continuous process improvement including tactical and strategic input into all Client Services Operations functions such as RFP’s. Client and Consultant Analytics and marketing materials

  • Liaison with Portfolio Managers, Operations and Client Services in London and the US

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience of building reports and templates using Coric (alternatively, Vermillion, Crystal Reports or Seismic)

  • Experience of working in asset management and client reporting

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Ability to write and execute test scenarios

  • Knowledge of performance, attribution and benchmarks

  • Experience with CRM end user integration, Salesforce preferred

  • Prior team leadership, managerial or mentoring background

  • Self motivated, self starter and able to interact at all levels

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
