Marketing Content Associate – Ref: RC13664

Our client is an independent and highly regarded global equity investment firm. The Marketing Content Associate will be responsible for supporting the Investment Writing effort, including assisting with the production of regular and bespoke quarterly commentary, and involvement in ad-hoc writing for marketing materials for both internal and external documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Investment Writer and other members of the Client Service team to ensure high quality content is produced

  • Responsibility for the completion of client questionnaires, including RFPs, Due Diligence documents, ESG enquiries and Diversity documents.

  • Assistance with research and content for client reports/bespoke questionnaires.

  • Review and oversight of written responses on consultant databases (e.g. eVestment, Callan etc).

  • Research for new business prospects.

  • Data analysis projects and analysis of attribution.

  • Updating and review of questions and answers in client questionnaire database (RocketDocs).

  • Using systems such as eVestment and Style Analytics for peer group analysis.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Investment Management industry with experience providing written content, ideally through time spent in an RFP or Investment Writing function.

  • Understanding of equities and the different types of funds.

  • Real interest in markets and investing.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Articulate, confident writer with strong data/analytical skills.

  • Willingness to take responsibility and use initiative.

  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word (to advanced level) and PowerPoint (to intermediate level).

  • Striving for continued professional development by working towards relevant qualifications (which could include IMC, ESG qualifications, the CFA etc.)
