Multi Asset Investment Support Exec - Ref-AB14109

Our client, a highly regarded mid-size Asset Manager is looking to add to their Multi Asset team. The primary focus of the role is to manage the day-to-day administration and quarterly oversight of trading for the firms Multi Asset offering. This will cover MA Funds, NURS Funds, Third Party OEICS and Model Portfolios provided via various Platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Daily Monitoring of the MM Proposition (MA Funds/NURS/Third Party OEICs & Model Portfolios).

  • ODD for All MA Assets.

  • Monitoring of cash flows for the MA Funds and Model portfolios.

  • Oversight of the execution of MA trades.

  • Work with other team members to ensure the quarterly adjustment/rebalancing of the Model Portfolio offering are adjusted as efficiently as possible.

  • Preparing and reviewing various Daily Reports.

  • Production of Monthly/Quarterly Performance reports. (Platforms/EMX/Risk Mapping organisations)

  • Corporate Actions in partnership with Investment Operations Team.

  • Assist Head of Multi Asset Operations, with ad-hoc Projects

Experience & Qualifications

Able to demonstrate a level of technical understanding of a range of investment instruments, fund types and products specifically public equities, fixed income, and derivatives
