Stewardship & Responsible Investment Analyst: 12 Month Contract
This leading, independently owned, investment manager who provide services for private clients, charities and institutions, currently have a key role for a Stewardship & Responsible Investment Analyst to support their Investment Team:
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with screening, analysis and interpretation of Ethical and ESG data
Assist in the timely and accurate monthly production of ESG & controversial activities screening.
Act as the point of contact for fund managers, assisting with queries and more ethical screens.
Assist with stewardship requirements
Keep up to date with new screening techniques and research topics
Arrange ongoing training
Assist with the collation of data for annual UN PRI reporting submission.
Act as the point of contact for fund managers, and marketing assisting with queries and more detailed queries.
Assist with the production of reporting packs for proxy voting.
Write engagement letters following on from voting decisions.
Produce a quarterly voting and engagement report.
Assist in gathering information for our Stewardship statement and keep up to date with developments in this area.
Carry out and assist with the general projects and general ad-hoc queries of the team
Experience & Qualifications
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; good grammar and spelling in order to produce concise, well-structured documents
Puts the client first and focuses on delivering the right solutions
Experience of using relevant screening systems.
