Strategic Programme Director / Change Manager – Transfer Agency, Scotland - Ref: KP12500
Global Securities Services provider currently seeks a Strategic Programme Director with an expertise in Transfer Agency and a strong knowledge of Fund Administration to lead and manage large scale, complex global strategic change programmes and business transformations. Complex change will include initiatives such as delivery of multiple activities, client lift out and onboarding a wide range of asset types (especially Transfer Agency), and restructuring existing client business.
Roles & Responsibilities
Head and manage large scale complex strategic change programmes with the business and delivery partners, focusing on engagement with the bank’s larger clients.
Operate at Executive level across clients, regions and global businesses, developing and implementing long and short-term plans for the programmes designed to deliver the Transfer Agency strategy.
Define the shape and structure in developing the programme plan, reviewing and refining resource requirements and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to create buy-in for the plan.
Actively manage and coordinate the programme road map.
Oversee the tracking of strategic programme risks / issues / dependencies, assessing the impact on benefit realisation.
Build and sustain commitment to the long-term goals across multiple teams – driving people advocacy, trust, confidence and integrity to inspire enthusiasm for achieving these.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in delivering highly complex and strategic programmes, where a high level of client interaction is key.
Experience in managing Transfer Agency programmes is essential (please do not apply if you do not have specific Transfer Agency experience)
Strong academic track record and professional project / programme management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
Expert in Project and Programme Methodology.
In depth knowledge of the investment administration industry.
Excellent organisational skills, credibility with senior stakeholders and leadership skills.
