Wealth Management SMEs: Project & Programme Managers and Business Analysts - Ref: KP13184

Our client, a leading provider of software and business process services for the global financial services industry is looking to hire a number of Change Management professionals (PMOs, PMs, BAs) who have subject matter expertise in the Wealth Management sector – either from working in Change Management at a Wealth Manager or from a Fund / Investor Services project delivery perspective working with Wealth Management clients. The unique solution which our client offers to Wealth Managers is a component driven capability ranging from client servicing, portfolio management, trading and back office administration which allows them to choose required components and retain the flexibility to future proof their business strategies. Due to recent large-scale successes from a business development perspective, there are a number of opportunities within the Enterprise Change Management division.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • As an integral part of the Enterprise Change portfolio team, you will manage complex / multi-stream projects to agreed timelines, budgets and the required quality standards.

  • You will work directly and regularly with sponsors, owners and technical teams and 3rd parties, ensuring projects are effectively resourced.

  • You will support and be involved in the Inception Process for projects, governance, reporting and facilitating the handover from inception to the design and subsequent delivery stages of the projects.

  • Specific duties will include detailed project planning / managing project financials / maintaining the project record / planning resources / risk, issue and dependency management / project reporting and stakeholder management, as well as representing the department at forums as required.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Wealth Management expertise from within a Financial Services Change Management environment.

  • Proven project delivery (minimum 5 years for the PM roles), programme management (for the PMO roles), and business analysis (for the BA roles).

  • Previous work experience in technology and / or BPO services is advantageous.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – must be articulate and persuasive, and have strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Highly motivated, analytical and proactive.

  • Strong understanding of financial control, budget management, and risk management.

  • Project Management certification would be beneficial (Prince 2 or Agile)

  • Knowledge of TA operations would be beneficial.
