Client Operations Executive 12 Month FTC £Exc + bens
Our client, a highly regarded Asset Manager with circa $40Bil of Assets Under Management is looking for an experienced Fund Administrator to take responsibility for monitoring Third-Party Administrators (TPA) and service providers, producing and distributing monthly reports both internally and externally.
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and review information supplied by external administrators, for example, fund accruals, quarterly budgets and distribution calculations.
Produce and distribute accurate and timely pooled fund information to external and internal parties for both monthly reporting schedules and ad-hoc requests, for example, confirmation of NAVs, investor level holdings, investor transaction histories, management fee data, performance figures and audit requests.
Meet strict monthly reporting schedules to update the internal CRM system and the firm’s online client portal with mid-month and month-end data.
Assist with the oversight and co-ordination of the firms pooled fund clients throughout their investment lifecycle, including; client on-boarding, dealing activity, account updates and account terminations. This is also the case for segregated mandate clients.
Assist in the completion of scheduled and ad-hoc segregated client tasks including but not limited to those associated with the firms Hedge Funds.
Experience & Qualifications
You will have a demonstrable track record within excess of 5 years of experience in a fund administration, third party oversight or investment operations role.
Solid understanding of fund administration of pooled funds ideally from within an Asset Manager or Custodian.
Be able to illustrate advanced problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal will be apparent.
A clear appreciation of current data privacy standards and in depth understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
Willingness to take responsibility and use initiative.
