Investor Services, Mayfair, London - £Exc

Our boutique asset management client, based in Mayfair, London, is seeking an additional member to join their Investor Services team of three which support their Business Development team, maintaining high data quality standards and ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

Data Management and Quality Control

  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness across internal systems.

  • Maintain and update client and fund-related data on the company’s website, adhering to compliance standards.

Client Reporting and Communication

  • Prepare and distribute timely and accurate client reports, tailored to individual client needs.

  • Respond to client queries promptly, providing accurate and insightful information.

Marketing and Financial Promotions

  • Create marketing materials, including presentations, fund factsheets, and financial promotions, in collaboration with the business development and investment teams.

  • Assist in the development of new presentation slides with the Investment team to showcase investment strategies and performance.

RFI/DDQ Completion

  • Complete Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for prospective and existing clients.

  • Work closely with other departments to gather and verify the necessary data for submissions.

CRM Management

  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate client and prospect information.

  • Generate reports and analytics from the CRM to support the sales team’s initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

The successful candidate will be:

  • A detail-orientated and client focussed graduate looking for their second job.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Attentive of detail and committed to maintaining high data quality standards.

  • Able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
