Static Data Analyst - 12 month FTC - £45-50K + Bens
Our client, a distinguished fund management company, is seeking a Static Data Analyst to join their Investment Performance team. This role offers a unique chance to join an independent business with a robust culture, dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for investors, stakeholders, and society. The purpose of the role is to control an efficient, consistent, and accurate data process of both static and dynamic data sets on the firm’s fund range to be easily accessible internal reference source, and is used to maintain accurate data on 3rd party data platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain/build process flows and controls around the data to maintain its integrity.
Demonstrate an ability to work with large volumes of data and apply technical and quantitative skills.
Ensure data integrity through knowledge of third-party vendor systems and their integration with in-house systems and processes.
Ensure the timely dissemination of fund information in regular and ad-hoc formats.
Support product launches.
Collaborate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and third- parties.
Oversee outsourced regulatory reporting services.
Have an opportunity to support and collaborate with Performance Team colleagues.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a static data role at an Asset Manager, Custodian or within Investors Services.
Demonstrable knowledge of the Asset Management industry.
Experience of working with large datasets and being able to manipulate them to achieve desired outcomes.
Build strong working relationships with internal clients and third parties. Knowledge of the following systems/platforms is beneficial, but not essential.

Morningstar
Open Funds
Regulatory landscape as it relates to systems and processes.
Knowledge of the products offered by the firm and the importance of being a regulated firm as applicable to the role is expected
