Temporary Team Assistant to PA/Office Manager – (initially for 12 months - full time in office)
Salary up to £40,000 p.a.

Our client is a real estate specialist that invests and manages one of the world’s largest portfolios of real estate. They develop and execute tailored investment strategies, focusing on direct and indirect equity globally and commercial real estate loans in Europe and the U.S. They are one of the world ́s largest real estate investment managers.
The London office, of approximately 20 people, is based at Baker Street and hosts regular visitors from the European offices. The London team is made up of a mix of equity and debt investors, marketing and research staff. Our client is seeking an assistant to support their PA/Office Manager in managing the team’s administration. They require the successful candidate to be in the office 5 days a week.

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing the office logistics such as:

  • Setting up basic IT

  • Printing and post

  • Organising travel

  • Expenses

  • Meeting preparation

  • Managing diaries

  • Booking meeting facilities

  • Budgeting

Involvement in specific project work.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Work experience as a Team Assistant in finance or professional services.

  • Strong team player, keen on working in a dynamic, collaborative and global environment.

  • Performance oriented and self-motivated.

  • Flexible, can-do approach to work.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
