Senior Wealth Planner - £Exc

This highly successful boutique wealth advisory company has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Wealth Planner to join their friendly, established team. The role offers a unique opportunity of taking over and maintaining a book of existing clients. Primary responsibility will include maintaining, building, and developing both existing and new client relationships, providing the highest quality bespoke wealth management to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial planning.

  • Take over and maintain the existing book of clients.

  • Utilise existing clients, contacts and professional introducers to further develop the client base and increase revenue.

  • Acquire new clients, maintain and develop existing relationships with profitable clients and key introducers.

  • Deliver financial planning and service to clients to a professional standard.

  • Support and assist in implementing marketing initiatives with Partners and Marketing Manager.

  • Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client trust and inspire confidence.

  • Articulate – able to communicate effectively and professionally in verbal and written form.

  • Solutions orientated and imaginative in creating these solutions.

  • Motivated, ambitious and hard-working.

  • A comprehensive understanding of key areas of financial planning and generic solutions.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum professional qualification – Chartered Financial Planner Qualification / equivalent or working towards this.

  • Excellent numeracy, strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proven ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results.

  • Collaborative and inclusive approach to work.
